• The Company does NOT provide any job or employment
• No fixed or guaranteed income
• No assured business outcome

2. Enrollment Through Affiliates / Coordinators

• Users may enroll through independent affiliates/coordinators
• Such affiliates are NOT employees of the Company
• The Company is not responsible for promises made outside official communication channels

3. User Responsibility

• The user agrees to verify all information before purchase
• The user is responsible for understanding the course content before enrolling
• The user agrees not to rely on verbal or unofficial claims

4. Payment & Access

• Course access will be granted after successful payment
• Access is non-transferable and for personal use only
• Unauthorized sharing of login details is prohibited

The Company does not guarantee any income or financial results.

Users agree that they are purchasing a training program, not an income opportunity.

7. Misrepresentation by Third Parties

If any affiliate/coordinator makes false promises including income claims or job guarantees, the Company shall NOT be held liable.

Users are advised to rely only on official Company communication.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials are owned by the Company
• Copying, sharing, reselling, or distributing content is strictly prohibited

Violation may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.

9. Code of Conduct

• Maintain respectful behavior
• Do not misuse the platform
• Do not engage in illegal or unethical activities

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss
• Business or income loss
• Decisions taken by the user based on training

11. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access and cancel enrollment without refund if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse or fraud is detected

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.

By completing the payment and accessing the course, the user confirms that:

• They agree to all conditions mentioned
• They are enrolling voluntarily without pressure
